Our Story
The Keep was inspired by the idea of preservation, strength and timeless hospitality. In medieval times, a keep was the strongest part of a castle, a sanctuary and place of gathering. Our tavern is an extension of this philosophy.
Our mission is to provide that same sense of warmth, welcome and historic charm in every part of our guest experience. We want to "Keep" the good times and forget the rest.
